Em Cooper transforms her Grammy award-winning Beatles animation into a pair of limited edition prints.
This duo brings together two distinct moments from Em Cooper's 2022 music video for The Beatles' iconic 1966 song, I'm Only Sleeping. The hand-painted film is composed of more than 1,300 individual oil paintings, blending glimpsed moments of Beatles history with undulating sequences that perfectly match the warm, introspective quality of the song. The film was named Best Music Video at the 2024 Grammys.
Early in the Morning presents nine stills of John Lennon's morning routine from the opening sequence, while In the Middle of a Dream features nine stills showcasing all members of the band.
